Le Mout is all about the absolute finest in French dining experiences accompanied by one of Taiwan's most qualified chefs and one of the Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux, Chef Chen Lan-shu. She specializes in creative traditional French style cooking and combined with highly detailed, creative touches and She puts her heart and soul in every dish with refined, feminine-leaning styles!  ATBC did sample her creation early February 2012 and a soft spoken Chef Chen was just as delightful as her food.  She is coming to Australia as part of "Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux" very soon and cooking with the other Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux - Tetsuya at the Tetsuya's in Sydney!
